Returns Policy
1.In which circumstance, we provide replacement?
A: if customer find the item is not the same as actual picture or description. or there is some defect or broken on item, we provide replacement(Please fill in the Return & Exchange form),and Return request must be no later than 3 business days from the day you received it. We will NOT give the compensation and resend fee when you ship back items to us. When you ship back the items. Please send email to tell us the tracking number, make sure you pack the items well and no damage of them. We will NOT provide any replacement if we receive the damaged return items made by shipping cause.
B.If you find you have not been interested in certain items, we don't provide replacement.
C. When you received goods, and find defective items, you should tell us in next 3 days. With a long time, we can not verify defective item is we provide , or broken by customer. So it is difficult to adjudge who charge liability.
D. When we received your items sent back, we will verify if back item is in good condition. We will ship new replacement to you by one of our shipping suppliers. and we charge shipment fee. shipment take 3-7 days.
E. If you place a new order, and shipped by express, we will put replacement together in one package.
F. Photos and description only for reference Item and packing are subject to actual object.
G..If the package be sent back by express company and it wouldn't have been caused by our reason , we will not bear any responsibility. It's who responsible for will be charge all related fee
H.The returned and replace ment policy is not applicable to our watches items. All of our watches has one year guarantee
2. Customs problem and lost parcels.
We can provide 99.5% successful shipment. But the problem is unavoidable in some occasion. In such circumstance, if the parcel was held up in China customs or lost before they leave China, we will take 100% responsibility, we will resend the parcel or refund that amount as your request. If the parcel was held up in your country or lost after it leave China , we will share 50% of the total cost that involved(including shipping).
3. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars. You are responsible for paying all fees and associated cost with the Site in a timely manner with a valid payment method.
4. If make a credit card payment, then decide you do not want your order, and you want a refund. Then 5% will be deducted from your payment. and the remainder will be returned to you in 20 to 30 days.
